Choosing the right amount, selection and quality of foods all contribute to healthy eating and are critical to fitness success. We must focus on consuming a variety of each of the food groups ensures enough nutrition to fuel our progress.

Eating the right quantities and proportions of the basic food groups of carbohydrates, proteins and fats dictates the health attributes of any diet. Below is a grocery list we use often at the studio.
